Once an order has been processed we will process, itemize and pack the equipment for secure shipment. Digital Links arranges the transportation of equipment from the UK to its destination port. The most common form of transportation employed is sea freight in full containers to minimise negative environmental impacts.
All relevant details and schedules will be sent to the principle contact for the consignment. There will be on-going dialogue to allow immediate communication of any changes to the sailing schedule. It is imperative that the consignee provide us with a mobile number, fixed line number, email address and physical address. This will ensure that we are able to contact you easily and promptly issue the Bills of Lading.
